Arbury Hall Arbury Hall has been the seat of the Newdegate family for over 400 years and is the ancestral home of Viscount and Viscountess Daventry. This beautiful Elizabethan house, was built on the site of a 12th century Augustinian Priory. It was transformed in the 18th century to become the finest example of Gothic Revival architecture in the country.

St. Mary the Virgin, Astley Church The church at Astley was once the size of a cathedral. Worshippers were guided by a flame lit in the spire, through the depths of the Forest of Arden to this clearing, where religious scholars gathered for study in this quiet country community.

Anker Morris Men Anker MM were formed by a group of folk enthusiasts in Nuneaton in 1975, so last year we celebrated 25 years of dancing and enjoyment of the Morris. We take our name from the River Anker which runs through Nuneaton; 'anker' being an ancient word meaning meander - possibly apt for Morris Men!

Sir John Moore Foundation This magnificent Grade 1 listed building is used in a variety of ways; it houses the local primary school, a Heritage Centre, hosts theatre music and comedy events, offers community clubs and classes, a youth club and excellent facilities for private parties and weddings. We also have a licence for civil ceremonies. Community access to the site is enhanced through a variety of cultural, leisure and educational events.
