The Festival was founded in 1948.

We hold our events across various venues in Nuneaton & Bedworth. Sections include Art, Craft, Floral, Needlecraft, Original Writing, Photography, Piano, Speech and Drama, Stage Dance, Vocal, Woodwind Strings and Brass.

 

ENTER

All ages and abilities are encouraged to enter from across the Midlands and further afield.

The syllabus is published each November. Download from our website or contact Publicity Officer.

VISIT

Visitors are welcome to our festival events.

In Spring (February-April) we hold our Art, Craft, Needlecraft and Photography exhibitions (free entry) at Nuneaton Museum and Art Gallery in Riversley Park.

Original Writing winners are exhibited (free entry) in Nuneaton Library in April /May

In May-June we hold our Performing Arts events (small charge on the door) Piano, Speech &Drama , Stage Dance, Vocal,  Woodwind,Strings and Brass at various venues in the local area.

The syllabus and programme are also distributed to local libraries, Nuneaton Museum &Art Gallery and Chilvers Coton Heritage Centre. We also publish events on this website.

Nuneaton Festival of Arts

The Nuneaton Festival of Arts was founded in 1948. 2018 sees our 70th Anniversary with a special Exhibition at Nuneaton Museum and Art Gallery in February 2018.We hold our events across various venues in Nuneaton and Bedworth from February to June. 

Sections include: Art, Craft, Floral, Needlecraft, Original Writing, Photography, Piano, Speech and Drama, Stage Dance, Vocal, Woodwind, Strings and Brass.

Entries

All ages and abilities are encouraged to enter. The syllabus and entry information is published each November. Download from the website or contact the Publicity Officer. The syllabus is also distributed to local libraries, Nuneaton Museum and Art Gallery and Chilvers Coton Heritage Centre.

Visit

We welcome visitors to attend our Festival events.

In Spring (Feb-April) we hold various exhibitions of Art, Craft, Needlecraft and Photography at Nuneaton Museum and Art Gallery. Entry is free.

Original Writing winning entries are usually exhibited in Nuneaton Library in April/May. Entry free.

The Floral Festival is usually held in Chilvers Coton Parish Hall in May. There is a small entry fee.

The Performing Arts sections (Piano, Speech and Drama, Stage Dancing, Vocal, Woodwind Strings and Brass) are held in May/June.  There is a small entry fee.

The programme is published on our website in Spring and is distributed to local Libraries, Nuneaton Museum and Art Gallery and Chilvers Coton Heritage Centre.
