Hood Lane Farm is an elegant 17th century farm set on the outskirts of Ansley, a pretty rural village in North Warwickshire. Hood Lane Farm is a third-generation family owed farmhouse. We have several award-winning accommodation types for you to choose from:

THE POD – a self-catering holiday lodge set in its own private grounds with wildlife pond and uninterrupted countryside views. A unique guest experience – enjoy our luxury self-catering holiday lodge/glamping pod. A self-catering lodge set within private grounds has uninterrupted views of the rolling North Warwickshire hills and picturesque scenery. The pod offers a cosy double size bed, shower bathroom, kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle, hob – no oven), lounge area with sofa bed, smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Complimentary essentials pack. Towels and toiletries provided. Private parking. Sleeps up to 4. The Pod is pet friendly too!

THE PARLOUR – a self-contained accessible studio apartment at Hood Lane Farm. This self-catering accommodation has a double bed, shower bathroom, kitchen with oven, hob, grill, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine and fridge (but no freezer). Apartment living contains a reading snug, lounge area with smart TV and sofa bed. The Parlour includes complimentary essential pack, Wi-Fi and private parking. All linen, towels and toiletries provided. Sleeps upto 4.

MOTORHOME/CAMPERVAN PITCHES – 5 electric hardstanding pitches set in a rural grounds with wildlife pond.

THE COFFEE HUT
The Hut is our mobile barista coffee shop at Hood Lane Farm – serving locally roasted barista coffee, hot drinks and homemade sweet treats. We are open every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday between 9.30am-3pm. The Hut is available to hire for private events – local community and corporate events, farmer’s markets, family celebrations, parties and weddings.

PRIVATE AFTERNOON TEA DINING
Our charming 17th-century cottage is now available to host a private afternoon tea in partnership with Blondies Bakery. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, catching up with loved ones, or simply treat, our private afternoon experience promises to be unforgettable. Minimum 48 hours’ notice.

EVENT HIRE
Our charming 17th-century farmhouse and grounds is available for private exclusive event hire. Planning a celebration, wedding reception or corporate event? Want to hire part of our site for craft workshops, evening classes or a private party. Organise a meeting/tour to discuss event requirements.
