Thank you for the ongoing support & understanding over the last few months

Church End Brewery Team

Church End Brewery

Church End Brewery is in Ridge Lane, between Atherstone and Nuneaton and has been consistently recognised for its excellent range of beers with many awards from local Camra branches and from regions as far afield as Woking, Catford, Cornwall and Bradford.

The level of service in our bars and the quality of our product has led us to being voted ‘Local C.A.M.R.A pub of the year’ twice and ‘Warwickshire pub of the year’.

Church End Brewery started life in an old coffin workshop behind the Griffin Inn, Shustoke. Its goal was to be a ‘hands on’ craft brewery making a wide range of cask conditioned beers . The Brewery philosophy only allows the use of good quality raw materials , such as floor malted barley and whole hops; definitely no processed sugars!

Today, Church End Brewery is housed in a refurbished social club, formally known locally as ’The Dustbin’. It has been here since the year 2000, starting firstly as a brewery and then slowly developing the bar side of the site. The Tap Room’ opened in 2003, locals often say that they are “off to the Church for a drink”. The congregation expanded so much that we had to add the Vestry in 2006. Both rooms run an ever changing range of eight of our own cask conditioned beers, no keg, just top quality cask conditioned beers! We also provide a range of quality table wines, fruit wines ciders and Belgian beers as well as soft drinks. We do not serve food but do have a wide range of bar snacks including locally sourced pork pies and cheese but anyone is more than welcome to bring their own food to the bar, we quite often have indoor picnics dotted around!

Here at Church End we cater for many occasions, we have a room that can be booked for parties, we can provide brewery tours accompanied with freshly prepared home cooked food as well as having a large meadow style garden perfect for the summer time. We hold many different events throughout the year including, outdoor theatre performances, cider festivals, live music, charity events and a monthly folk club.

Please note: No under 18’s are allowed in our bars but are welcome to use any of the areas outside of the bar
