Facilities

Abbey open every day with Refectory for us to welcome you! Tea and Coffee are Fairtrade and free! You’ll find an AV presentation about the history of our Abbey, and details about the self-tour of the Church and grounds.

For families and children there are two trails — the Francis Trail inside, and the Fabian Trial outside. You’ll visit the Abbey, the Gardens, the Sensory Gardens, access the archeology and (new in 2018) visualisations of the medieval Abbey complex. You’ll be able to see the Medieval Gatehouse and there is a vitual tour of the inside… see what it was like in 1320.

Trails can be completed over more than one visit… there is no admission charge and you’ll receive a very warm welcome.
